Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges:

• Incorrect Size: If you received the wrong size, you can exchange it for the correct size within 14 days of receiving it. Depending on stock availability 
• Damaged Item: If your item is damaged, you may request an exchange by sending a proof of image to us. Once verified, we will send you the new item.

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

To begin the return or exchange process, please contact us at help@tanknation.com.au. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to send the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Exchanges:

For exchanges, the fastest way to get the item you want is to return the current item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (shipping cost excluded). Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
