RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, in the original condition, and with all tags intact. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Yes! If your item is the wrong size, we offer exchanges within 14 days. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached. Contact us at help@tanknation.com.au to start the exchange process.
At Tank Nation, we ensure every package arrives in perfect condition. If your item is damaged, please contact us at help@tanknation.com.au with a photo of the damage. We’ll assess the issue and offer an exchange or return based on your preference.
